Surface Prep

- Clear & Clean: Scrape grease, oils, and old paint residues.
- Repair Defects: Fill cracks/divots with structural epoxy patcher.
- Diamond Grind: Profile concrete surface to ensure absolute chemical bond.

- Vapor Primer: Seal sub-concrete moisture outgassing.
- Base Coating: Squeegee & back-roll base epoxy ribbons.
- Broadcast Flakes: Toss custom blend colors upward to fall evenly.
Topcoat

Curing & Sealing
- Base Cure: Allow base coat to dry completely for 12–24 hours.
- Clear Shield: Apply polyaspartic topcoat for hot tire & UV protection.
- Final Walk: Walk in 24 hours, park cars in 72 hours.

How long does the installation take, and when can I walk/drive on it?
Our signature industrial concrete coatings are typically installed in just 1 full day. You can walk on the surface in 24 hours, and park vehicles on it after 72 hours of curing.
What is the difference between your polyaspartic coatings and DIY epoxy kits?
DIY hardware store kits are thin, water-based, and rely on acid etching which easily peels under Florida’s heavy humidity and hot tires. We prepare the concrete using industrial diamond grinders to profile the slab, apply a commercial moisture vapor barrier, and seal it with a heavy polyaspartic topcoat that is 100% UV stable and hot-tire pickup resistant.
Do you offer a warranty on your floors?
Yes! We back our residential floors with up to a 10-year adhesion warranty and commercial floors with a 5-year warranty. This covers any peeling, delamination, or bubbling of the coating from the underlying concrete.
How do I prepare my garage or space before the installation day?
We ask that all personal items, cars, and storage units are completely cleared from the floor surface before our team arrives. If you have extremely heavy tools or need coordination help, please let us know during your initial estimate consultation!
Is the polyaspartic coating slippery when wet?
Our signature decorative flake systems add a textured profile that naturally mitigates slips. For exterior pool decks, patios, lanais, or heavy-duty commercial floors, we can broadcast an additional anti-slip grip media into the final topcoat to guarantee maximum slip resistance even in wet Gulf coast weather.
