We invested in heavy industrial diamond grinders and premium moisture vapor barrier primers. We spent months testing aliphatic polyaspartic topcoats to find formulas that are genuinely UV stable under the Gulf Coast sun. Acid washing or simple power washing doesn't cut it in Florida. We route every crack and diamond grind every square inch of concrete to open up its pores, ensuring an permanent mechanical bond for the base coat.
2. Aliphatic Topcoats Only
Cheap aromatic epoxies turn yellow and chalky under Gulf Coast UV rays. We utilize premium aliphatic polyaspartic clear coats engineered to block UV light, keeping pool decks and lanais looking beautiful for a decade.
3. Adhesion Warranted
We stand behind our work with ironclad residential adhesion warranties for up to 10 years. Our moisture vapor barrier primers resist up to 15 lbs of sub-concrete hydrostatic water pressure, sealing out damp coastal soil tables.
